Water/Sewer
- Most Birchwood residents are connected to Birchwood water and sewer lines
- Automatic bank withdrawal is available (see ACH form below) – discounts awarded for enrolling
- Billing and info services are provided by the City of St. Anthony Village

Trash/Recycling
- Tennis Sanitation provides trash and recycling services to Birchwood residents
- Setup and close trash and recycling accounts directly through Tennis by calling 651-459-1887
- Recycling fees are paid by the City through property taxes
Washington County North Environmental Center – Washington County’s new North Environmental Center in Forest Lake offers residents a second location to drive through and drop off items that don’t belong in the trash. Items like household chemicals, batteries, electronics, recycling, food scraps, and more will be accepted. Learn more and view hours at
