Village Hall is available for rental by all Birchwood residents.
Listed in this space will be the dates and times when the Village Hall has been rented out or is unavailable for use.
City Council meetings are the 2nd Tuesdays;
Planning Commission meetings are the 4th Thursdays;
Monday Mornings 9:00 – Noon Artists Group
HALL AVAILABILITY ON THOSE DAYS IS LIMITED – CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION.
If you want to rent the Hall, you can download the Rental Form and submit it to the City. For private usage, the City charges a $25.00 rental fee and a $100.00 damage deposit. The deposit will be returned if the Hall does not require any extra cleaning. PLEASE SUBMIT SEPARATE CHECKS.
Download and complete the Rental Agreement below and drop off at City Hall along with the two checks. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED TO RESERVE DATE. The office is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am – 1:30pm; or you can drop off in the dropbox located at City Hall near the mailbox.
