The Birchwood Utility Committee is a special advisory group tasked with evaluating and making recommendations to the City Council about water and sewer utility related matters, as assigned by the City Council. As an advisory group, members are appointed without terms and serve at the pleasure of the City Council. The Council liaison to the group is Mayor Mary Wingfield.
