Tighe Schmitz Park is located at 410 Lake Avenue. It has a paved hockey rink that offers ice skating in the winter and pickle ball and basketball during the spring, summer and fall. The hockey rink is also a popular site for Birchwood Village’s “Music in the Park” concert series that occurs annually during the summer months. The park also hosts a large grassy field. For the young at heart, there is also playground equipment.
